Profiling Trace Metals with ICP-MS and Mass Profiler Professional (MPP) in the Wine Industry

This event is now available to view on-demand

What Does it Cover?
The use of trace metals profiling in the wine industry will be presented in this webinar. Looking at the whole process chain of wine grapes, we will discuss the impact of the vineyard, the winemaking process as well as wine storage conditions on elemental composition. Those interested in wine analysis, wine production and wine quality should attend. The use of an advanced and highly sensitive analytical tool – ICP-MS, in combination with chemometrics analysis using Mass Profiler Professional (MPP) – will be discussed as it applies to the assessment of the elemental composition of wine and how this composition results from both endogenous and exogenous factors.

What Will You Learn
Attendees will gain a better understanding of trace metals profiling as a tool to assess the impact of different processing steps during the conversion of grapes into wine.

Why Should You Attend
Learn about advanced analytical measurement technologies as applied to wine production.

Who Should Attend
Anyone with interest in wine analysis, wine production and quality.
