Automating complex NGS sample preparation processes such as library construction and size selection, can improve efficiency, increase throughput and ultimately lead to better sequencing runs.

The webinar was followed by a Q&A session with Dr. Shawn Levy. Dr. Levy is a Faculty Investigator at the HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology in Huntsville Alabama. He also holds adjunct appointments in the Department of Biomedical Informatics at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and Department of Genetics and Department Epidemiology at University of Alabama-Birmingham. His research interests include the genetics of complex disease and immune system response and diversity in autoimmune and inflammatory conditions
