The science of molecular air filtration: A granular approach to clean air solutions

Availble on demand

Overview

During this webinar, Jesse Coiro, Director of Health and Healthcare at Erlab, will take a granular approach to uncovering the advantages and capabilities of molecular air filtration, where this type of filtration can be used in the lab, and when you should stay clear of such technologies. Coiro will also provide clarity on the safety standards such technologies must comply with and the questions to ask any supplier when considering such solutions. Coiro will also take a further look at how to improve safety within the lab with appropriate air filtration technologies.

Key learning objectives:

  • Understand where air filtration technologies should be applied
  • Learn about lab safety, specifically the AFNOR NFX 15-211 standard
  • Understand how filtration can work together with current engineered controlled systems to enhance safety within the lab
  • Discover holistic approaches to safety from the moment a chemical enters the laboratory, through the complete lifecycle, reducing exposure limits

Who should attend:
•    Lab managers
•    Lab directors
•    Environmental, health & safety (EH&S) professionals
